It has everything modern house need: pool, open spaces around the house, 4 sides views from different rooms, a lot of big windows and transparency, marble floors, modern colored walls and so on. Although like other K2Ld houses it’s form differs from usual ones. It uses linear elements like others but they are accompanied by non-traditional elements. That all adds overall impression of uniqueness and diversity.

The apartment looks like it is very big one although that not just because of it size but because of interior design too. Most of the space combined in large living area what with built-in closets and only necessary furniture create the feeling of large openness. All possible furniture is wooden and everything besides kitchen is colored in light beige or brown. That made the interior very warm. A lot of lighting everywhere just add the feeling of cosiness. Although when you see kitchen or bathroom you can understand that apartment isn’t so big as it looks and open living room is a great way to improve overall impression of size.

House at Cluny Hill, Singapore by K2Ld Architects was built on 17,000 square feet area. Like other K2Ld projects it made with using a lot of different materials. Thanks to that house’ view differs from side to side. Using natural, stone and wooden, elements adds some comfort to overall modernism of the house. That also helps the house to perfectly fit surroundings. Without definitive boundary transition between exterior and interior spaces is hinted subtly through the changes in floor materials. K2LD is a great architecture company in Melbourne that have some very good design projects in their portfolio. House of Bukit Tunggal is one of their latest projects. It also is really awesome example of modern house design but not minimalistic like many other. Straight lines, clean colors and different brick sizes create an uniq look of exterior. Big spaces and using same colors with adding more bright ones inside like outside making the interior both light, airy and colorful. Big windows and milky wall colors just make the feeling of airy more stronger.
