This luxury house has five bedrooms with five baths and designed by HGTV house, Kelly Deck. It has a modern contemporary interior inspired by the natural surroundings and exterior done in grain clear cedar and local blue stone. The main feautres of the house are radiant heat floors, floor to ceiling windows, outdoor patio with fireplace and hot tub, wine cellar, gym, entertainment area, integrated audio system with speakers in key indoor and outdoor rooms and other useful stuff. Floor to ceiling windows not only catch a lot of natural light but also frame a view of the Village, Whistler and Blackcomb mountains and Fissile Peak. The property features a three car garage and and a large area along the side of the house that is quite and protected. Currently the house is listed for sale.

When it comes to open plans and great indoor and outdoor connection, houses built around central courtyard are quite common. This house for a couple and two their daughters in Guadalajara, Mexico is one of those houses, which also has other adjacent courtyard and beautiful terrace. There are three levels in it. A basement level includes a garage, services and a game room and stairway which connects the whole house. On the ground floor the kitchen, dinging room and family room are located. All these areas surround the central courtyard. Three bedrooms are located on the third level but they still have great relationship with outdoor areas through the terrace. This contemporary modern house is designed by Felipe Assadi and located in beautiful Chilean countryside. It consists of two parts for the family and their three sons families. The first one, which takes place in a line composed of the access, dinging halls and common master bedroom, is called the “main house”. The second one is a part that inserted literally within the volume whose main use is preferably weekend. The interior and exterior both has all features of contemporary modern design. They made of modern materials, has simple, minimalist shapes and all elements are placed where they should. Color theme is also chosen according to contemporary design trends but not usual for Chile.
