Have you ever wanted to leave the city and start a secluded and calm life in a village? This house was designed by the mother of the twins Shep and Georgia for her own family. She created the design of the house herself. This house is located in a village and is full of fantastic vintage things. Simple wooden walls, furniture, floor and ceiling were made to highlight that this space is in the country. The accessories and furniture in some rooms look like eclectic – patchwork, Eastern lamps, plenty of vintage. The atmosphere in the house is very cozy and sweet. I think it’s the best place for growing up children, isn’t it?

Rustic House In A Swedish Village
This house is located in one of the villages near the sea in Sweden. The couple was looking for a rustic house in some calm place. So the interior was changed according to the mixture of traditional and rustic style. Some old details and things were restored or remained untouched. There are wooden floors, white wooden ceiling, light blue walls in the house. It gives a feeling of something rustic, of being in a village. Wooden furniture, antique-style stove, baskets with flowers and vegetables give this place a special charm and coziness. It’s a wonderful place to forget about big city life.

Dunsborough Residence – Holiday Country House with Big Pool
Dunsborough Residence by WrightFeldhusen Architects is a holiday country house which has spectacular views across a vineyard and Geographe Bay, Australia. It was designed to accommodate family of four children and guests. The dominant construction for the bedroom wings is stabilised limestone (rammed earth), to reinforce the experience of secure intimacy. In contrast, the main living area is a glazed pavilion that sits between both wings. The living area roof is supported by steel columns that are removed from the glass line to save the views. The glass also is completely frameless what makes views even more spectacular and undistracted. The basic structure of the residence was generally economical. The use of rammed earth and concrete will result in minimal maintenance over the time line of the house. [WrightFeldhusen Architects]

This house is built on 1735 square feet area of clean grass. Beautiful Denmark meadow surrounds the house from all sides making it contemporary urban dot in the middle of nature. The whole house looks like a cut object because of smart using of exterior colors. The main color is black but there are some cavities in the house painted in pure white. Inside, there is anything that usual family could possibly need and nothing more. Rooms aren’t very big but that is more than enough. The garage for one car is also part of the house. Contemporary Country House for Luxury Living in Chile
Designed by Felipe Assadi + Francisca Pulido studio this contemporary country house is located in Calera Tango, Santiago, Chile. It’s built for a happy family on 4.5 Ha area with fruit trees only in one hour drive from capital. Concrete foundation wall that what elevates house from the ground includes a swimming pool and a basement. The first volume consist of public spaces like living and dining rooms. This volume is mostly covered by large gazing or with Larch wood. The second volume at the same time is a glass-and-concrete box which features more private sleeping areas. Glass used in the glazing is a thermo-pane glass with a green dye, which filters out ultraviolet rays and creates the greenhouse effect.
