This villa has ornamental facades from both, the front and the lake side. The white concrete elements are dotted with circular openings that allow to see two-leveled orangery and lounge and access the staircase from the ground floor. The lake side face two mountains so the lounge has spectacular views. The loggia made of round glass bricks which looks decorative in contrast with rough elements of side facades. The basement has large fitness area with 25 meters pool half inside, half outside. The garage can accommodate not just owners cars but also cars belongs to their guests. L House – White House with Pink Accent
L House is a result of putting maximum volume on the plot. That was one of the main contractor wishes. When O House by the same architect, Philippe Stuebi, was dedicated to circular forms this house is dedicated to clear lines and unique rooms in size and form. There are conical entry area with wardrobe and guest WC., large cubic double-story entrance hall, triangular loggia colored in pink, double-story inside rounded library which is downstairs and so on. The ground floor walls consist of large concrete elements which are interrupted by space-high glazing. The three-sided glazing of the library in the ground floor is mirrored-glass. Depending upon time of day and lighting conditions, in these glazing you can see the stored books or the reflected garden. The garden and other trees could be seen almost from almost every window because they surround the house from all sides. The upper floors are implemented in bright lime rendering and the glazing in nature-anodize aluminum.

Bright Ocher Lime Corsica House – Draeger House by Philippe Stuebi
The concept of this holiday house designed by Philippe Stuebi was to blend with surroundings so it is done in bright ocher lime finish and all floors are sanded. Large rocks, olive groves and oak tree forests surrounds the house. Only its simple forms pick it out from the surround landscape. In the south the house has a spectacular terrace with a great sea view. Guest room with a bath and cellar are situated under the terrace. Thanks to a lot of glazing, the living space also has great views of the landscape. Except the glazings of the living space all glazings can be pushed completely into the walls.
