Extravagant Ultra Modern House – Lofthouse by Luc Binst
This house is inspired by urban loft boxes and have all their flexibility. It belongs to belgian architector Luc Binst and becomes his large experimental private area with 28 x 9 m of living space. Luc uses unusual geometric, materials and colors everywhere. For example, the kitchen combined with living room mostly done from marble with neon lights all around it so it looks like blue spot in the house. It’s window is separated on two parts in the middle. Bathroom is small place opened to terrace where the tub is set into the ground and painted with blue paint based on epoxy resins. Two one of the most famous Panton chairs accompany the bathtub. Straight lines, right angles, furniture, colors, lighting and everything other create extravagant living place with ultra modern interior. This ultra modern futuristic apartment is designed by Romolo Stanco which took his inspiration from Kubrik’s masterpiece 2001: A Space Odyssey. The comparatively small apartment contains a living area with an open kitchen and a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. The living area occupies almost half of the flat. All built-in furnishing elements and surfaces are done in an extremely pure white lacquer. Walls remain untouched by any single piece of furniture and thanks to that and everything seems to flow in each other. Natural and artificial light make white look different from different angles. Vivid red is only one another color used in decorating to create beautiful accents. Sofa and chairs upholstery as well as bathroom wall done in it. It also is really awesome example of modern house design but not minimalistic like many other. Straight lines, clean colors and different brick sizes create an uniq look of exterior. Big spaces and using same colors with adding more bright ones inside like outside making the interior both light, airy and colorful. Big windows and milky wall colors just make the feeling of airy more stronger.

Designed by Ong & Ong, this house in Singapore is one of the greatest examples of modern and minimalist house design. Even though it’s so contemporary it also is very well balanced with nature. The concept of the design is to create open and filled with light living space which also has some privacy. The first floor has glazed walls that leads directly to the pool. This pool with a garden near by separates house for two pieces and is a perfect place to relax and spent time with friends and family. The entire second floor in the main section of the house is allocated for a master bedroom/study space with an en suite bathroom.
